At Scrubby, we want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Process

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

• Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-refundable

• Sale items, gift cards, and items damaged through misuse.
